Our team is growing fast and currently we are looking for a brilliant Electrode specialist to join our team. Your main responsibilities will be to define alternative coating process by increasing its level of process automation for anode and cathode electrodes (mixing, formulation of slurry/ink, coating, drying, etc) and work on the continuous improvement of current coating processes.

Responsibilities:
- Lab-based work to optimize current processes and identify most suitable materials for future generations of our product
- Characterize intermediate and ultimate phases (e.g. rheology, particle size, surface area, etc.) of slurry/ink.
- Data collection and analysis to support process optimization and decision making
- Carry out possible RCA investigations related to the current and new coating process
- Collaborate with the industrial engineering team to optimize the new coating process and provide support when taking it into production (e.g. PFMEA)
- Provide support and technical assistance in the specification, procurement and qualification of equipment and materials needed for new coating lines and processes
