JOB SUMMARY
Pick and pack ZOLL electrode orders
REQUIRED/PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GEDrequired and
- Any similar combination of education and experiencerequired
- 1-3 years shipping experience required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team or operate independently when required to do so.

Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack Customer orders ensuring that the orders transacted are correct prior to shipment and in accordance with Customer instructions.
- Process orders online via UPS or FedEx utilizing “Connectship” software. Ensure that shipment data is accurate and in line with sales order’s specifications
- Responsible for contributing to physical inventory activities such as count verifications, alignment of inventory by “FIFO”, etc.
- Be prepared to assist in the preparation of international orders and to verify inventory counts when asked to do so.
- Under all circumstances, perform daily duties in compliance to all safety rules and regulations.
- Always adhere to established Company policies and procedures.
- May be called upon to coordinate Inventory transfers between stockroom “BIOD” (BIO-DETEK) and “FGA” (ZOLL, MA).
- Pickup office records when instructed to do so and store in designated area.
- Assist in the movement of inventory to ensure that aisles remain clear & passable. Also contribute to inventory “put away” activities in the shipping area.
