Responsibilities:
- Work alongside other production engineering team members and closely collaborate with several departments (R&D, production, sourcing, service etc.) in order to effectively bring fresh, up-to-date and innovative ideas to our customers.
- Resolve any problems encountered during manufacturing. Investigate and analyze customer service problems and propose solutions
- Search for solutions to improve product quality and optimize production processes
- Suggest design improvements based on recent technical knowledge, and submit an engineering change requests
- Maintain the test equipment at suppliers and in our production, and if needed, design and implement changes
