DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for performing periodic inspections and diagnosing the magnitude of mechanical breakdowns of diesel-type units for subsequent repair either in our shop or at customer facilities.
• Responsible for supporting the Senior Technician in the mechanical inspection or repair of diesel engines.
• Responsible for requesting spare parts and equipment from his/her immediate boss to perform his/her duties.
• Responsible for keeping tools and work equipment in good condition.
• Responsible for keeping your work area clean and tidy.
• You are responsible for reporting the work performed and any pending work to your immediate manager by keeping a log of these activities.
• Responsible for ordering and supervising their assistant in the jobs entrusted.
• Responsible for complying with safety procedures prior to the performance of the work, such as: JSA/AST and others those required by the company, the customer and the Mexican regulations on safety and the environment in force.
• Responsible for participating in community assistance programs determined by the company.
• Responsible for conducting himself/herself in a courteous and professional manner with the customer and with any other person related to the company’s business and showing an attitude of camaraderie and teamwork.
• Responsible for attending to company provided training.

QUALIFICATIONS

Responsible for supporting senior technicians in the overall maintenance of company equipment.
