REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in E-Business operation in a reputable financial institution.
- Certification in Digital Banking and cybersecurity would be an added advantage.
- Strong network/infrastructure knowledge.
- Attention to detail, customer- centric, team player, and problem solving skills
- Have advanced technical knowledge of electronic products such as ATMs, POS, Cards, Mobile Banking Apps, Web Solutions, Internet banking etc.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform quality and control reviews on all Electronic Banking Systems and processes.
- Contact vendor support to resolve any online banking or bill payment issues.
- Liaise with the bank reconciliation team to ensure reconciled funds are transferred to the appropriate account.
- Maintain and monitor the settlement account and the balances.
- Assist customers in the online banking enrollment process and setup of pending applications.
- Pass all relevant maintenance fees on channels and products utilized.
- Compliance, awareness, and understanding of the regulatory framework, and requirements related to data protection, AML, electronic payments etc.
- Perform reconciliation for the bank and provide necessary reports to the management.
- Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development to all employees.
- Assist staff and customers with Internet Banking, Bill Pay, and Telebanking questions and problems.
- Develop and maintain business relations with NIBBS, unified payments, Interswitch, and settlement banks.
- Carry out any other task as required from time to time.
