We are looking for a dynamic and creative Electronic Engineer for R&D in the field of hand soldering and fume extraction systems.

SUMMARY

In In this position, your main task will be to develop and improve electronic assemblies for new and existing products, focusing on the development and layout of printed circuit boards and their integration into a complete mechanical assembly. You will be involved in all design related aspects of projects from concept to production.
This position will work closely with engineering, sales, quality, production and marketing staff.

CRITICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical studies with a focus on electrical engineering, electronics or similar
• Experience in the development of electronic circuits and systems
• Knowledge of circuit board development
• Familiarity with relevant software tools for electronics development
• Good problem solving and analytical thinking skills
• Fluency in German and English

• Development of electronic circuits and assemblies according to requirements and specifications
• Planning and designing PCB layouts in collaboration with the design team
• Creating prototypes for new electronic products and systems
• Identification & implementation of measures to optimize existing electronic products
• Creating detailed technical documentation, including schematics, parts lists and test reports
• Performing tests and evaluations for new products to ensure performance and reliability
• Analyzing quality issues and developing solutions
• Working closely with other engineers, designers and product managers to ensure products meet requirements and schedules
