The Electronics and Software Technician will work within the hardware and embedded firmware/software team to help with cabling, debugging, and adding new components/sensors to the Propulsion Test Rig.
The Propulsion Test Rig is a movable cell suitable for testing turbomachinery, combustion devices, and complete engines. Its main features are liquid and gas fuel availability, remote control, and safety. Measurements of pressure, temperature, vibrations, flow, and thrust are implemented.

REQUIREMENTS

• CFC in Electronics or equivalent.
• Experience with test benches.
• Experience with C, C++, or similar low-level language.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with using Oscilloscopes and signal generators.
• Experience with CAN, MODBUS, Ethernet, UART, PCIE, and USB protocols would be a plus.
• Experience with testing power electronics.
• Experience with pressure/temperature sensors.
• Understanding of embedded Linux and Yokto.
• Understanding of DC/DC converter design for higher powers.
• English language and communication skills (verbal and in writing) on CEFR level B2.
