EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Testing, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
- A minimum of eight (8) years of tactical network electronics engineering experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree can be substituted with an additional seven (7) years of related experience performing tactical network electronics engineering functions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Engineer IV to provide critical engineering support for tactical network capabilities within our acquisition program. The ideal candidate will perform engineering processes, collaborate on technology integration, and conduct comprehensive evaluations of network architectures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Testing, or a related field.
- Eight (8) years of tactical network electronics engineering experience.

Responsibilities:
- Engineering Expertise: Perform electronics engineering processes, procedures, and best practices. Provide engineering support for development, testing, evaluation, training, and configuration management in support of acquisition programs.
- Network Architecture Support: Provide engineering support focused on the transport and networking architecture for current and future tactical network capabilities.
- Technical Evaluations: Conduct thorough technical evaluations and assessments of network performance and architectures, including support for risk assessments and integration strategies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with organizations such as PEO C3T, other Program Managers (PMs), Product Directors (PdMs), Army-wide stakeholders, and coordinate on interoperability considerations.
- Documentation Review: Review and understand acquisition documentation (e.g., mission needs statements, operational needs statements, Initial Capabilities Documents (ICDs), Capability Development Documents (CDDs), Capability Production Documents (CPDs), technical specifications) and translate requirements to develop technical solutions that are standards-based and cost-efficient.
- Proposal Evaluation: Review Government performance work statements and contractor proposals for technical accuracy to ensure requirements are met.
