Electronics Technician
Purpose
You are responsible to support our Hardware Developer Team to improve, design and maintain our pipeline inspection tools. You work in a team with different disciplines to find solutions for your tasks. You are actively participating in the development process of setting up tests and documentation of results.

Task

  • Assembles, wires and commissions electronic modules and development samples
  • Assembles and wires racks (19-inches) while following the correct PPE requirements
  • Handles various electronic assemblies, troubleshoots, modifies and repairs
  • Carries out measurements and tests and documents the procedures and results
  • Creates and sets up test environment for testing electronic assemblies
  • Procures and maintains laboratory equipment and consumables

Requirements

  • A vocational diploma is required
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in assembly, maintenance and repair of electronic assemblies is required
  • Must be proficient in spoken and written English
  • Knowledge CAE-Software e.g. Aktium Designer is a plus
  • Experience with solder/rework station (SMD / THT under microscope operating conditions)
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
