• Investigate failures reported from turbines in field by collaborating with site technicians and design engineers.
• Drive root-cause analysis and identify impact on fleet.
• Make alignment with all affected stakeholders like module owners, service, construction, legal.
• Identify short and long-term actions to reduce effect of failure.
• Drive development of improvement solution. Testing specifications for solution.
• Prepare inputs for customer and stakeholder communication.
