Responsibilities:
- Able to download & investigate on, why alarm has triggered false message.
- Investigate failures reported from turbines in field by collaborating with site technicians and design engineers.
- Drive root-cause analysis and identify impact on fleet.
- Make alignment with all affected stakeholders like module owners, service, construction, legal.
- Identify short and long-term actions to reduce effect of failure.
- Drive development of improvement solution. Testing specifications for solution.
- Prepare inputs for customer and stakeholder communication.
