The primary purpose of this role is to provide timely and accurate administration of Eligibility processes which include the organising and collating of IME appointments, Circumstance report investigations and request of treating health practitioner reports.
Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders ensuring that they are kept regularly informed throughout the process
- Reviewing and making decisions on expedited claims
- Managing of multiple internal and external stakeholders is essential with the delivery of high levels of customer service expected
- Upholding telephony standards and frontline service to injured workers, employers, and other stakeholders
