Description:
JOB OVERVIEW:
Mitie are looking for an Elite Support officer who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst providing a high profile visual presence that reduces the impact of anti-social behaviour upon colleagues and customers.
Travel is required up to 30+miles from home address to service a variety of client sites.
Responsibilities:
- To deliver industry leading customer service across a variety of client locations
- To create a safe environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customers and colleagues
- To manage anti-social behaviour and build relationships with local crime partnerships to best combat.
- Engage with members of the public by providing a welcoming presence.
- Support the public and visitors with their queries in a friendly and polite manner by demonstrating excellent customer service
- Support the Police and crime partnerships where required to aid with the reduction of crime in store
- To wear Body Worn CCTV (where applicable) to support in the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety
