REPORTS TO Elite Support Services Manager
MAIN OBJECTIVE Support community involvement, daily life skills activities, and promote individuality. Increasing quality of life, communication and overall well-being.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Human Services, Personal Support Worker, Health Care Aid; two to four years’ experience is an asset
- First Aid and CPR
- Lift and Transfer
- Universal precaution for the prevention of transmitting infections or communicable diseases
- Autism Training
- Or Nonviolence Crisis Intervention
- Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training
- Personal Care Workshop
