ELV Pre-Sales/Estimation Engineer

• Expertise in designing medium to large-scale integrated physical security solutions, including CCTV, ANPR, Access Control, Gate Barriers, Intercom Systems, Digital Signage, and Passive/Active Networking.
• Familiarity with DPS/SIRA, MCC, and other regulatory standards for designing security systems that meet industry compliance.
• Liaise with manufacturers, distributors, and subcontractors to request competitive quotations, negotiate pricing, and optimize delivery terms.
• Assess customer requirements to create customized ELV and security system solutions, collaborating closely with both engineering and sales teams.
• Produce precise design drawings, schematics, and project layouts using AutoCAD for ELV and security system deployments.
• Draft comprehensive technical proposals and documentation, ensuring they align with or surpass client expectations.
• Conduct on-site surveys to gather essential space details for system design.
• Provide pre-sales technical expertise during client presentations and product demonstrations.
• Cultivate strong client relationships through excellent verbal and written communication, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Work closely with project managers, installation teams, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed successfully.
• Coordinate and lead training sessions for clients and internal teams on the latest ELV and security systems technologies.
• Prepare detailed Scopes of Work and Operational Narratives for proposed solutions.
• Review RFPs and generate RFIs to address any design gaps in project documentation.
