ELV Supervisor

The ELV Supervisor will oversee the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems such as CCTV, access control, public address systems, and structured cabling. With a focus on quality control, safety, and timely project completion, the ELV Supervisor ensures all installations meet the required standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day activities of ELV system installations and maintenance.
• Coordinate and manage a team of technicians, ensuring effective allocation of tasks.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and system manuals to guide installation and troubleshooting.
• Perform site inspections and quality checks to ensure systems are installed as per project requirements and regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff and technicians on ELV system installation and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during installation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure timely project completion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ELV systems efficiently, minimizing system downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of all installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Assist in preparing technical reports and documentation for handover to clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, intercom systems, and structured cabling.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ELV systems design, installation, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in using testing and measuring instruments.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of technicians or engineers.
• Certifications: Certifications in relevant ELV systems or courses would be a plus (e.g., CCTV, access control).
• Language: Good communication skills in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Note: Candidate must have a UAE driving license.
