DISCOVER IMPACTFUL WORK:

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist who can provide the leadership needed to continue developing our bold digital strategies. You will develop and run omni-channel marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketo to drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement. As a qualified candidate will be responsible for implementing integrated campaigns and driving the adoption of standardized processes. You will also play a key role in implementing segmentation strategies, building robust customer journeys, and establishing engagement scoring and dashboards. Do you have a consistent track record in digital marketing, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for getting results? This role is for you!

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree required

EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing automation strongly preferred.
• Experience in a regulated environment and or life sciences a plus.
• Proven track record of leading platform launches.
• Thorough understanding of platform integration, DevOps with agile and lean methodologies driving iterative & incremental product development.
• Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or other Marketing Automation System is preferred. Eloqua Master is a plus
• Understanding of key digital marketing strategies and concepts.
• Proven understanding of HTML and CSS strongly preferred.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% including occasional weekends and international travel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to advise marketing strategies and optimize execution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that lend to effective cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Strong project management experience with the ability to prioritize and run multiple initiatives simultaneously, while ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
