YOUR ROLE

The Email & CRM Coordinator will be responsible for tactical strategy and execution of email programs, including campaigns, behavior-based triggers, and transactional trigger programs. This role will collaborate closely with the content and merchandising teams and will focus on enhancing customer journey through optimization of email marketing campaigns, personalization and A/B testing. The Email & CRM Coordinator will play a key role in the Digital Team’s ability to achieve KPIs and sales targets for the email channel. This role will be responsible for the health of our email database and for developing engagement & retention strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute day-to-day email marketing activities, ensuring that campaigns are set up on schedule and meet quality assurance standards.
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing, creative, and internal teams to gather content and assets for email campaigns.
  • Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail in all aspects of campaign coordination and execution.
  • Use the email marketing platform efficiently to set up and deploy campaigns, including audience segmentation, scheduling, and testing.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of email campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on email marketing trends and best practices, implementing them to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth communication and collaboration across departments, supporting the overall marketing strategy.
