WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?:

FutureLearn is seeking a proactive CRM Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will autonomously manage our CRM calendar, handle ad hoc and BAU emails, and ensure efficient workflows with the wider marketing team. This position requires a self-starter who can work independently to enhance user engagement through personalised communication and efficient email marketing processes.
We need someone who stays current with the latest marketing trends and technology, particularly AI. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about using AI in CRM and have experience leveraging AI tools. At FutureLearn, we aim to deliver highly personalised and relevant information to our users based on customer data, so deep experience in email content personalisation and journey builds is essential.
Your main responsibilities include managing the CRM calendar, setting up and monitoring automated journeys, and fostering strong relationships with the wider marketing team. You will also develop and implement strict workflows to streamline collaboration and ensure CRM campaigns align with our overall marketing strategy.
