Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day email marketing activities including campaign setup, scheduling, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and fix any problems during email campaign setup, scheduling, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, copywriters, and sales representatives to ensure campaign deliverables are executed according to client’s requests and delivered on time.
- Monitor and organize email bookings in Sponsy to ensure ad units are booked and executed accordingly
- Create and manage email marketing calendars, ensuring timely delivery of newsletters and promotional campaigns.
- Manage subscriber lists and segmentations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
- Track and analyze advertising performance metrics, such as click-through rates, open rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure emails comply with CASL and email best practices.
- Setting up display and video campaigns in Google Ad Manager 360 or Teads
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- Train and understand the roles of the other teams within marketing operations or sales and assist when necessary.
- We are a hybrid working environment where you are required to be in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at our downtown Toronto office located in Liberty Village.
