About the Role: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Assistant to join our team in Belfast. In this role, you will support the development, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive business growth. You will assist with content creation, campaign management, and performance analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience or internship in email marketing or digital marketing is preferred but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and CRM systems.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and email design principles is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to enhance campaign performance.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting, designing, and scheduling emails.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and targeted email content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand voice.
  • Manage and segment email lists to ensure relevant messaging reaches the appropriate audience.
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, and layouts for better performance.
  • Support the maintenance and updating of email templates and marketing automation workflows.
  • Assist with gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve email marketing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of email campaign activities and results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing to contribute innovative ideas and improvements.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, managing campaign schedules, and coordinating with other departments.
