SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

  • You have a can-do, solutions focused mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team.
  • You are highly organised, with the passion to support multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Some experience using an Email Service Provider.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics or a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Proactive and creative personality with a passion for Marketing
  • Understanding of data protection & GDPR.
  • You may have come from a beauty or fashion background, but this is not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Email and CRM Executive to build email campaigns, collaborating on content ideation, segmentation, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Management of end-to-end email briefing process, working with the Email and CRM Executive on product selections, imagery, and copy.
  • Assistant with monthly email newsletter and segmentation planning.
  • Monitor and sustain KPI’s across email campaigns, to ensure delivery of revenue targets, engagement metrics and other email performance-related measurements.
  • Ensure all campaign performance is tracked, analysed and reported on a regular basis (Daily top line, Weekly, Monthly Overview).
  • Ensuring consistency with brand and campaign guidelines across all communications and artwork
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, aiding the sign off process with a clear approval checklist across departments, including proof-reading and final creative checks and template configuration.
  • Monitor competitor emails and promotions, circulating ideas and recommendations for areas improvement, keeping the team up to date with best practice and current trends.
  • Aid with the development of marketing campaigns and strategic decisions to the target audiences
  • Help to deliver A/B testing plan to ensure continuous learning and optimization of omnichannel campaign performance, including content, subject lines, creative and template designs.
