AS ONE OF OUR EMAIL MARKETING EXECUTIVES, YOU’LL:

• 
  
  
  
• work with the Content team to create visually engaging emails that target high open and click rates via dynamic content

• take a customer first approach in enabling automated data driven decision making
• improve our automated CRM programmes to attract and retain customers at all stages of the customer lifecycle
• contribute to a ‘test and learn’ approach to maximise results
• learn all of our systems to obtain a good knowledge e.g. Blueconic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), Journey Builder, Litmus, and Looker

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

You’ll get stuck into a variety of duties in this role. You’ll get to learn from your peers and stakeholders in our 40 strong Marketing team. You’ll work with intuitive tools to create segments and really personalise our customer’s journey with measurable outcomes in a performance driven space. Your manager, Ata (Senior eCRM Manager), you will be joining on a 9 month fixed term contract.
