Maximus is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to lead our email marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for shaping how we communicate with our customers through email, ensuring that every message delivers value and builds trust in our brand. The ideal candidate will have a deep curiosity about health and how people make personal health decisions. You will be responsible for driving engagement, conversion, retention, and upselling through thoughtful and strategic email campaigns. This role reports to the Head of Marketing, who will provide hands-on management and support your career growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Email Marketing Strategies: Own the email marketing strategy and execution from end to end, ensuring every communication is on-brand, valuable, and drives the desired customer actions. You will focus on driving lead-to-customer conversion rates, customer engagement, retention, and LTV growth.
  • Improve Automated Product Communications: Lead the development and optimization of automated communications related to the product experience, including lab testing notifications, product updates, and communication with doctors. Ensure these touchpoints are clear, helpful, and contribute to a seamless user experience.
  • Drive Conversion and Upselling: Develop and execute campaigns that move leads through the funnel and encourage customers to adopt multiple protocols. Increase the number of protocols per customer and upsell existing customers to higher-tier plans.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Build and manage lifecycle marketing programs to activate, engage, and retain customers. Implement and optimize email, in-app messaging, and push notification strategies to nurture customers throughout their journey.
  • Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Experience, Product, and Operations, to align on customer lifecycle initiatives. Contribute to the ideation and implementation of omnichannel nurture strategies, ensuring a cohesive and effective customer journey.
