QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on email marketing experience, particularly within B2C subscription companies.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Customer.io, OneSignal, or similar tools.
- Basic HTML skills for designing and modifying email templates.
- Strong ability to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and clear reporting.
- Understanding of email marketing regulations and best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance.

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2C subscription companies. The ideal candidate will drive growth through effective email marketing strategies, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and Implement Email Marketing Strategies:
- Create and execute comprehensive email campaigns targeting user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Optimize email content, design, and targeting to maximize performance and conversions.
- Analyze and Report on Campaign Performance:
- Monitor and analyze email campaign metrics, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
- Conduct A/B testing to continually optimize email content and strategies for better engagement and conversion rates.
- Segmentation and Personalization:
- Develop and manage audience segmentation strategies to deliver personalized email content that resonates with specific user segments.
- Utilize user data to tailor email campaigns and increase relevance and effectiveness.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams to align email strategies with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive and compelling email messaging.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in email marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Email Template Design:
- Utilize basic HTML skills to design, modify, and enhance email templates, ensuring they are visually appealing and optimized for various devices and email clients.
- Performance Tracking and Optimization:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for email marketing efforts, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Make data-driven decisions to adjust strategies and improve overall email marketing performance.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Manage and maintain the email marketing database, ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness.
