As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will ensure that the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and the marketing automation platform (email) align seamlessly with the organization’s needs, enhances user experiences, and drives business goals as well as ensuring the system aligns with the organization’s data strategies. You will be the steward of these systems by providing training, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating smooth adoption of CRM and email tools. The Email Marketing Specialist is at the heart of enhancing customer relationships and optimizing business operations.
This role is located at our Empire Canada Head Office in Vaughan, ON.

What You’ll Be Doing Each Day

  • Manage Data Analysis and Integration by handling company-wide email data analysis and integrate different platforms to ensure smooth data flow and informed decision-making
  • Craft strategies and tactics to generate and nurture leads while streamlining lead qualification and conversion through automation for our regions
  • Conduct detailed A/B testing on various elements of e-mail campaigns, optimizing performance based on results and generating regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate with regional teams, providing guidance and best practices while promptly addressing technical issues and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and brand guidelines
