Responsibilities:

The Psycho Bunny team is growing, and data & digital technology are woven into our fabric. Reporting to the Manager, Email Marketing & CRM, the Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance of the email calendar implementation and will drive all tactical elements of the email program. They will assist in the optimization of email marketing campaigns, contextualization and A/B testing, as well as the execution of trigger-based automation, transactional and post-purchase emails. This person will work closely with the E-Commerce & Planning teams, to deliver commercial priorities, and equally work in close collaboration with the customer data and analytics team to create, build and activate against customer segments. This role will support the growth, management and health of the email database and for developing engagement & retention strategies.
