    The expected starting pay range for this position is $22.00-$29.00 per hour . Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities:

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is looking for a Marketing Coordinator for the Pottery Barn brand! This person will report to the Marketing Manager of site, paid display, and paid social channels and assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase incremental profit for the Pottery Barn brand through online initiatives.
*This is a hybrid role - 4 days in office

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the planning, development, and execution of site and paid marketing programs
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and support them in the execution of all site updates and paid ad refreshes
  • Learn how to work cross-functionally with the creative and tech teams in briefing and scheduling homepage updates and test ideation
  • Manage cross-functional coordination with the site merchants and promotions team to confirm marketing content is accurate and aligns with email, paid and site experience
  • Partner with the CRM team to ensure seamless launch and execution of all paid display and social ads
  • Assist with cross channel marketing programs as needed
  • Analyze competitive marketplace and follow online trends
  • Miscellaneous reporting and measurement

Criteria

  • B.A. in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 1-2 years in Online Marketing, Retail, Database Marketing, or Online Media Planning
  • Are skilled in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint (experience with Airtable and other project management tools a plus).
  • Experienced in working well cross-functionally
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize varying deliverables
  • Have strong communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Are experienced with web analytics systems, AI, and email service providers preferredAbility to perform work onsite in the San Francisco office full-time pending state, local, and Company return-to-work guidance during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
