Job Title: Embedded Network Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi

This position will involve designing and implementing network architectures for embedded systems, ensuring efficient and secure communication in highly critical environments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in designing and optimizing network stacks for embedded systems.
Strong knowledge of network security protocols (e.g., VPN, SSL/TLS, IPSec).
Expertise in Layer 2/3 networking, including routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF) and QoS.
Experience with network management protocols and embedded system diagnostics.
Knowledge of OpenWRT, Linux Networking, and wireless communications is a plus.

Network Protocol Development: Design, maintain, and optimize the network stack in embedded devices, focusing on protocols like TCP/IP, UDP, and ICMP, while implementing advanced features such as congestion control and packet fragmentation.
Packet Processing & Filtering: Develop and optimize packet processing pipelines in embedded systems, utilizing deep packet inspection (DPI), firewalls, and traffic classification for bandwidth management.
Routing & Switching: Implement Layer 2 (switching) and Layer 3 (routing) functionalities, including VLAN tagging, multicast routing, and quality of service (QoS) enforcement.
Network Security: Implement secure communication channels, configure firewalls, and establish secure authentication and encrypted data transmission mechanisms.
Embedded Device Management: Expertise in protocols such as SNMP, NETCONF, and RESTCONF for remote device configuration, management, and firmware updates.
Network Diagnostics: Create embedded diagnostic tools for real-time network traffic analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
