REQUIREMENTS:

• HBO or WO diploma in a technical field with a software background (preferably technical such as Computer Science or Software Technology)
• You have at least 15 years of work experience, 5 of which are in software architecture and at least 10 years in designing and programming software in C and/or C++
• You have experience in developing and setting up software development processes and toolchain (CI/CD)
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English

As an embedded software architect C/C++, you ensure that the wishes and requirements of the customer are translated into a solid software architecture through creativity. This is further elaborated in software design and implementation under your technical leadership in development teams, leading to a working product. You determine the main lines and work out the details from strategy to approach. As a point of contact, you establish a connection between customers, the business and IT. With your professional knowledge and enthusiasm, you inspire colleagues and involve them in your vision. You create support and are able to take on an advisory role if desired. You work together with Scrum teams, immerse yourself in the subject matter and enjoy sparring with other embedded software architects. This is a versatile and challenging position.
