This role’s pay range is between: $77,600 - $95,000. This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.

Responsibilities:

Works with other teams in R&D to provide microcontroller development support for hearing aid related applications.

- Designs and implements microcontroller-based software
- Creates Design documents as required to ensure that requirements are implemented to meet customer’s expectations.
- Performs Verification/Validation of software and systems.
- Troubleshoots software/system issues as required.
- Works closely with the Software Quality Assurance and Electroacoustic teams to provide input into Test Cases.
- Maintains coding standards and best practices for software development. Participates in the code review process to ensure that quality is built into the software.
- Follows the established standards developed for source code archiving to ensure that the software build/release process is tightly controlled using source control tools.
