Thread cottons on the machine for allocated orders
Load designs issued from USB onto the machine’s computer
Run a sample for every order before continuing with order and have it approved by person in charge
Match quality with sample supplied by digitiser
Read info supplied and make sure of correct colours, sizing and positioning
Check bobbins for relevant colour required
Check if needles need to be replaced
Once the machine is started, check that the colour sequence corresponds with the correct needle changes
Do not leave your machine unattended
Constantly keep check on the quality
Frame for the next run while the machine is operating
Prepare in advance for next order to save time
Ensure that u have the next order available and understand requirements
No garments should be left on the machines overnight
Complete the run and remove garments
Keep all plot sheets and purchase orders together on clip board
Once the order is completed, hand all info back to the dispatch
