MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A minimum of 3+ years of experience working in advertising policy.
Experience working adjacent to or within an advertising policy ecosystem.
Understanding of the dynamics between users, advertisers, and advertising policies.
Deep understanding of the digital landscape and a passion for the TikTok product.
Proficiency in English for business purposes and native proficiency in the local language of the region the candidate will be supporting.
Extremely clear written and verbal communication.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Law, Political Science, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze policy documents and related materials.
  • Conduct comprehensive research to support policy development and implementation.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure policies are effectively communicated and understood.
  • Provide expert advice and support on policy matters relevant to the region.
  • Monitor and report on policy trends and regulatory changes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and community organizations.
