About the role:
The EMEA Benefits Analyst will be crucial in managing and administering employee benefits programs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). This position will support benefits renewals, implementation, vendor management, cost analysis, and payroll data preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Benefits Manager during the annual benefits renewal process for all EMEA countries
  • Prepare monthly benefits payroll data for each country in the region for accurate processing
  • Implement new benefits programs and changes to existing plans
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
  • Prepare and process benefits-related invoices and purchase orders
  • Handle legal paperwork associated with benefits programs
  • Support the due diligence risk management procedures for all vendor relationships
  • Maintain and update benefits renewal calendar, procedures manual and country benefit summaries within the region
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits vendors
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with insurance providers and other benefits partners
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of vendors and recommend improvements
  • Perform cost analysis of benefits programs
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining competitive benefits packages

The successful candidate in this role should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Desirable)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work with confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in the financial services or investment management industry
  • Knowledge of IT systems and platform management
  • Project management experience
