Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Build and maintain customer information in SAP e.g. customer set ups (e.g. Master Data, Special pricing) by following the related procedure.
  • Provide first level response to customers and distributors in timely manner (e.g. product substitution, change in product delivery date).
  • Ensure customer requests are directed to the appropriate internal resource.
  • Manage own knowledge of customer portfolio.
  • Coordinate with Customers and warehouse for goods collection.
  • Manage Complaints, Returns/Stock rotations and certification requests.
  • Enter orders in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable contract.
  • Manage of the price quotation by loading or by getting from Sales Rep. in accordance with the Price exceptions procedure.
  • Enter loans, demo, giveaways in accordance with the related procedure.
  • Create and manage invoices and milestone billing.
  • Enter credit notes and returns and DOA orders in accordance with the related procedures.
  • Internal reservation orders management
