EMEA Early in career talent acquisition team lead
Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Contract: full time, permanent
Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking an EMEA Early in Career Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our Early in Career Talent Acquisition Team located in Prague, Czech Republic.
This role will lead a team supporting the strategy and delivery of our attraction and selection of early in career talent across a range of EMEA markets - Ensuring Johnson & Johnson hires diverse, high-quality talent to meet the strategic objectives of the organization.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Translate the EMEA early talent demand plan into action ensuring we have the right resources to support hiring volumes to meet business needs.
  • Manage a team delivering on the early in career talent attraction and selection strategy across a range of EMEA markets, focusing on driving an efficient and effective process with candidate experience and meeting strategic business objectives at the core.
  • Have a strong understanding of digital hiring strategies and how to implement these to achieve desired hiring outcomes.
  • Collaborate in a culture of agile thinking, driving an outstanding candidate experience through a fast, adaptive, iterative recruiting approach, ensuring hyper-connectivity & transparency across multiple partner groups.
  • Build and share industry & business insights to stay on top of trends and market changes as well as be knowledgeable about digital hiring strategies, talent competitors and the businesses’ talent priorities.
  • Take a data driven approach to decision making. Helping to drive operational excellence across the team and using strategic insights to guide our strategy and advise key stakeholders.
  • Lead key special projects across the EMEA region
  • Drive EIC program management efforts (end to end)
  • Drive team engagement with a focus on the overall development of our people

QUALIFICATIONS

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above is required along with fluency in English and one other language form the following French, German, Dutch Italian Spanish or Arabic.
  • Experienced Talent Acquisition Partner preferably in University Recruiting, including experience of handling volume.
  • Experience as a People Manager leading and developing a team with a strong focus on team engagement and individual performance is strongly preferred
  • Experience crafting solutions, with strong communication and collaborative partnership skills with internal and external customers to ensure the effective execution of HR solutions across the enterprise is required.
  • Experience in managing TA projects or early in career programs
  • Strong business understanding across multiple functions and able to translate a business and recruiting strategy into an action plan is required.
  • Demonstrated success analysing and presenting Talent Acquisition data in a compelling narrative that drives data-based impact and decisions for key business partners.
  • Experience using metrics regularly to manage and maintain performance.
  • Strong capability assessing, hiring, leading talent, and cultivating a successful, diverse, and sustainable talent pipeline.
  • The ability to provide clear direction quickly and on-demand to work effectively in an agile environment, balance multiple projects and daily ad-hoc operational activities is required.
