WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM (SKILLS):
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree with several years of experience in Sales and Business Development Proven experience in partner sales, business development, or partner management, ideally within the enterprise platforms or software space.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders across large organizations.
- Experience in leading expansion strategies in complex, multi-country regions such as EMEA.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the enterprise sales cycle and partner-driven sales models.
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as needed.
- Experience working with large global partners or system integrators.
- Knowledge of specific enterprise platforms and ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, Mulesoft, Veeva, Oracle, Workday, Boomi, Appian, Camunda or Pega).

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to drive partner sales and market expansion efforts across the EMEA region. This individual will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with key partners across EPS including Salesforce, Mulesoft, Veeva, Oracle, Workday, Boomi, Appian, Camunda and Pega, understanding market needs, and leveraging enterprise platform solutions to meet customer demands. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing partner[1]driven go-to-market sales strategies that foster growth, build revenue streams, and support long-term partnerships.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage partner-driven sales initiatives, collaborating with internal teams to execute strategic growth plans. Set and achieve sales targets by leveraging partner networks and promoting enterprise platform solutions.
- Market Needs Analysis: navigate expansion into untapped markets, regions, and industries. Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer challenges, and growth opportunities within the enterprise platform space. Use these insights to inform sales strategies and partner engagements.
- Direct go-to-market strategies and act as the main liaison for increasing partner familiarity with Cognizant’s services and vice versa.
- Relationship Building: build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across partners and internal teams. Serve as the central point of contact for partners and ensure they are fully supported throughout the sales process.
- Foster Cognizant innovation within the framework of partner offerings.
- Performance Tracking: monitor partner performance and KPIs, ensuring that all targets are met. Provide regular updates and forecasts to senior leadership and adjust strategies based on performance data.
