Description:

A GLIMPSE OF YOUR DAILY MISSION

  • Consolidate and upload various sales reports, such as OSB and sales cockpit, ensuring the ability to identify, track, and reconcile discrepancies across different reports.

  • Lead the month-end financial reporting and analysis processes, delivering high-quality outputs such as PL, balance sheets, working capital, market/plant reports, and actual versus forecast/outlook comparisons. Identify corrective actions to enhance financial performance and collaborate with other finance leaders for implementation.

  • Oversee the monthly outlook, quarterly forecast, and annual budget processes, working with finance leaders to meet deadlines and achieve forecast accuracy targets. Continuously improve both the process and quality of forecasts.
  • Manage regular and ad hoc International FPA report projects, including Board of Directors packages.
  • Collaborate with other finance leaders to drive financial performance, focusing on key metrics such as GP/EBIT and DSO/working capital.
  • Partner with the Finance Systems leader to implement and improve financial systems.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • At least one year of experience in FPA or similar financial roles.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in audit firms preferred.
  • PBI Python skills preferred.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, other languages would be a plus.
  • Demonstrate problem solving skills and high degree of professionalism and integrity.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for consolidating and uploading various sales reports, leading the month-end financial reporting, performing detailed analysis, and contributing to the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
