WELLS FARGO RECRUITMENT AND HIRING REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities:

  • Support pricing and execution of interest rate, credit, and currency transactions to manage counterparty and funding risks.
  • Provide daily front office support functions, including, but not limited to trade processing and P&L explanations.
  • Provide analytical support for the wider team.
  • Build a deeper understanding of interest rate, credit, and FX risk management techniques.
  • Prioritise to successfully execute a wide range of internal processes, client requests, and transactions of varying complexity.
  • Drive constant process improvement and find efficiencies across the platform.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory rules, for example MiFID, EMIR, Dodd Frank etc.
  • Appropriately escalating any conduct and risk issues to senior management
