REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Life Sciences, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in marketing roles (5+ years), preferably in the life sciences industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from market data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Determine and implement effective marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share both within Flow Cytometry reagents and other areas of the Flow Cytometry and Imaging business
- Work closely with key stakeholders and other teams to create and implement successful marketing campaigns and programs
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities
- Develop and lead partnerships with key opinion leaders and industry associations
- Support the sales team by providing guidance and assistance to ensure successful product launches and optimized sales opportunities.
