REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Life Sciences, or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record in marketing roles (5+ years), preferably in the life sciences industry
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from market data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Determine and implement effective marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share both within Flow Cytometry reagents and other areas of the Flow Cytometry and Imaging business
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and other teams to create and implement successful marketing campaigns and programs
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Develop and lead partnerships with key opinion leaders and industry associations
  • Support the sales team by providing guidance and assistance to ensure successful product launches and optimized sales opportunities.
