Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, event management, or regional marketing coordination, preferably within the IT or technology sector in a B2B environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, TEAMS), SharePoint, and social applications such as Facebook and LinkedIn
Skills:
- Proven experience with digital marketing tools
- Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in planning and executing both virtual and in-person events.
- Proficient in using marketing software (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation tools).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to build strong relationships and work cross-functionally within the organization and departments
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics a PLUS!
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus
Responsibilities:
Are you ready to be a key player in an exciting growth journey? As an EMEA Marketing Coordinator for a leading IT Distributor expanding rapidly across the EMEA region, you will be instrumental in supporting and executing marketing strategies that drive our success. This is a dynamic role where you will coordinate high-impact marketing campaigns, manage regional events, and help shape our brand presence and visibility as we grow.
Your Team:
This role will be highly collaborative with all members of the EMEA marketing team, and the successful candidate will be working as part of focused team where customer service is paramount.
Key Responsibilities: The essential functions include but are not limited to the following:
1. Digital Marketing:
Support the Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, SEO).
Develop and manage content for our social media accounts as well as the quarterly newsletters (Email and LinkedIn) and monthly partner communications.
Engage with audiences on social media platforms and through digital channels, fostering community and driving interaction.
Support and work with the digital team to ensure the creation and localisation of the various types of content required to support our geo websites and social channels in the various EMEA regions.
Generate reports for email and social media campaigns, Google Analytics, and overall marketing initiatives.
2. Events Management:
Event Planning: Coordinate and support the roll out of our events schedule, including conferences, webinars, industry trade shows, and seminars.
Logistics Coordination: Handle event coordination such as venue research, stand design, merchandise required, vendor management, and on-site support.
Promotion: Develop and execute event marketing strategies to drive attendance, including email invitations, social media promotions, and partnerships.
Content Development: Create and manage event content, including presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
3. Channel Marketing:
Support the channel marketing team in the execution of campaigns for both our technology vendors and reseller partners.
Manage and coordinate the marketing suite of services for EMEA: Works closely with the channel marketing managers to ensure alignment and effective roll out of marketing services for the vendors we represent.
List Management: Builds, updates, and manages databases for external marketing campaigns and Climb led channel events.
Support channel led events: Oversee the organisation and execution of a variety of events, for both vendors and reseller partners to include trade shows, webinars, breakfast briefings and roundtables.
