For our Management Reporting & Planning (MR&P) Centre Of Excellence (CoE) team we are looking for a:

YOUR QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor`s degree in in Finance/Accounting
  • MBA / MA / CPA preferred
  • 3+ years of analytical and financial planning experience
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively balance financial and operational factors and analyse complex business problems to develop appropriate solutions in a timely and responsive manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • SAP experience is required (preferred ERP)
  • Detail oriented and quality of work focused; promotes continuous improvement and modernization
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the Regional MR&P Manager
  • Act as point of contact for regional business and is responsible for fostering a robust business partnering relationship
  • Responsible for the preparation and consolidation of the regional FP&A business planning process that supports the Agricultural business in 2x sub regions of EMEA
  • Prepare the scheduled periodic management reporting packages and disseminating them to appropriate management
  • Responsible for delivering preliminary analysis of business results
  • Liaise with and support Regional business leaders in the development of future budgets and forecasts
  • Interact with a global team
