EXPERIENCE

  • Processing of multiple outsourced monthly EMEA payrolls, ensuring accuracy, compliance and payroll deadlines are met.
  • Partner closely with third-party providers on local regulations around Payroll, Taxes and National Insurance.
  • Handle sensitive, confidential data and pay transactions.
  • Maintaining corporate procedures and statutory obligations, assisting the Global Head of Payroll in reviewing and auditing payroll submissions.
  • Work with the People Team to verify payroll data for compliance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Retail team to build KPI’s and streamline processes.
  • Produce monthly reporting for finance and ad-hoc summary reports.
  • Help to manage the payroll inbox and provide advice, guidance on payroll queries, policies, procedures in a timely manner.
  • Perform control checks for audit / reporting and timely completion of information for ongoing Internal and External audits.
  • Support end of year payroll activities and reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement to processes and procedures, partnering with other regions across the business.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Experience managing multiple EMEA payrolls.
  • Strong technical knowledge of EMEA regulations, statutory payments, manual calculations and application of CBA requirements.
  • Experience in a fast-paced payroll environment with high levels of variable data.
  • Proficient in using systems including strong Microsoft Excel skills to aid in data analysis and time management systems.
  • Be able to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and third-party vendors, through timely, effective communication.
  • Great problem-solving skills and an ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Able to create an open and collaborative environment to work in and have a willingness to learn.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and support the wider payroll team.

Who you will work with - Who you will work with: Reporting to the Head of Global Payroll, this role will work across the Payroll team, whilst supporting the People Operations team, People Partnering Team, Reward team and Finance team in regions.

Responsibilities:

The EMEA Payroll Advisor is responsible the processing of our Payrolls in a timely and accurate manner. They will need to maintain employees’ details and calculate wages and deductions based on employee attendance and timesheets. You will also play an integral part in a number of Payroll projects, helping to drive our strategy forward and deliver a MAGICAL experience for our CT Family!
