Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administration of the HR Service Center, ensuring workflows and processes are completed timely, consistently, and accurately.
  • Act as key point of contact for EMEA related compliance and audit requests, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain a business continuity plan and procedure; review, revise, and expand existing plans and protocols.
  • Implement shared service processes for EMEA that shape the employee lifecycle and are efficient, scalable, and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
  • Scale the Shared Service team to be proficient in leveraging automation and technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage the centralized administration of HR records and employee life cycle documents from hire to post-employment, ensuring accurate processing, updating, and retention.
  • Collaborate with HR team and key stakeholders to recommend, develop, revise, scale, and implement process improvements to maximize digital transformation and efficiencies.
  • Provide coaching, technical expertise, and mentorship to the team on work techniques, best practices, and operational expertise.
