Role Description:

Due to Strive’s expansion towards Western markets, we are looking for someone with experience in recruitment across the EMEA region to join our team. What will you be responsible for?

• Independently managing recruitment projects
• Collaborating with the Business Development Manager
• Maintaining contact with clients and fostering long-term business relationships

Requirements:

• Experience in independently managing recruitment projects; experience with international recruitment is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, while German language skills would be an added advantage but are not required.
