Description & Requirements
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Data Solutions Sales Director to join our team in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will understand data mesh principles and the latest cloud data solution capabilities. This role is crucial in driving our growth and expanding our market presence by providing tailored data solutions that meet our clients’ unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for our data solutions across the EMEA region.
  • Identify and target key markets, industries, and potential clients to drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Work with the local Infor Client Partners and Account Executives to engage customers
  • Work with the local Infor Solution Architect to drive data solutions strategiesWork with the Infor global data solutions lead to create proposals for EMEA customers

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

  • Engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, and data professionals to understand their data challenges and needs.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our data solutions, including data mesh and cloud capabilities, to prospective clients.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Product and Industry Expertise:

  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape related to data mesh and cloud data solutions.
  • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams regarding market demands, product enhancements, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and promotional activities.Maintain high level understanding of the Infor ERP product stack and add-on products.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently driving revenue growth.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales role within the technology or data solutions industry, preferably with a focus on cloud data solutions and data mesh.
  • Strong understanding of data mesh principles, cloud computing, and modern data architectures.
  • Understanding and experience with Infor ERP product stack and associated bolt-on applications and services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a track record of successfully driving sales growth.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
