THE ROLE

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee and optimize supply chain operations and will be responsible for the product availability, coordination with sourcing and determine which actions are needed to align cost pricing on services, standard and engineered products. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a good commercial feeling, and the ability to manage a team spread across different countries.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Ensure product availability and follow-up.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals.
• Collaboration and close communication with the Sourcing department as well as other departments (Sales, Engineering, Finance,…)
• Take swift action with the Sourcing Department on price discrepancies.
• Cost price comparison of services, products and product groups
• Proactive communication towards all Management Teams (Executive, Operations and Sales)
• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
• Responsible for Fleet Management within EMEA
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers.
