EMEA Talent Operations Partner
In a fast-growing environment with high performance culture, Fortinet is looking for an HR Generalist to partner with our growing EMEA team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR Support and Administration, Labour Law, international mobility and transfer organization. SKILLS

  • Bachelors or master’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Law or related field
  • Fluent English, Danish, Swedish (French would be nice to have)
  • Excellent writing skills and verbal communication
  • 5-7 years’ experience providing HR support in an international organization
  • Strong analysis/problem solving skills and a proven ability to pay close attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong and agile team player
  • Solid experience with HRIS information systems
  • Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for employees and managers for HR related matters in several EMEA locations (appr.10-15 countries).
  • Participate in providing a wide range of human resources services in a customer-oriented manner.
  • HR support and administration: handle all administrative tasks from employee’s recruitment until exit process, including employment contracts, benefits, payroll related operations.
  • Enter and audit data in the HR Information System.
  • Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports and records as needed.
  • Follow-up immigration procedures
  • Follow-up benefits enrollments
  • Ad-hoc support to the EMEA HR team
  • Contribute to EMEA & Global HR projects
