As part of our EMEIA Sales Planning & Operations group, you will be responsible for implementing tools and processes to enable one of the largest channel businesses in the world to drive sales and improve customer experience.

DESCRIPTION

The EMEIA Partner Portal Product Manager will be responsible for understanding the needs of our channel partners and internal Sales teams across the region and delivering solutions that meet those needs. This role demands building a strong network to influence global roadmaps and looking for ways to harmonize processes across Apple. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about digital transformation and working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. Develop functional expertise in key areas such as channel sales, end-user sales, merchandising, and both digital and physical retail processes. Partner with key business stakeholders to organise workshops to map processes and determine requirements. Set and define business priorities based on an in-depth understanding of business needs, problems, and objectives. Manage complex, multi-track product development projects with timely execution in line with global milestones. Communicate effectively with cross-functional project and leadership teams, having the ability to build strong relationships and influence others to advocate for regional needs as required. Detail-oriented, and capable of strategic thinking. Tackle diverse tasks, regardless of size, with a proactive approach and a willingness to learn. Demonstrate a passion for enhancing the customer experience, leveraging Apple’s technology platforms to deliver maximum value for both Apple and its partners.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, deploying enterprise-grade systems at scale.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience defining product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Proficient in business analysis and process improvement.
  • Ability to approach projects analytically; experience of making data-driven decisions is required.Experience in agile and waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in a regional team influencing worldwide initiatives.
  • Experience in design thinking methodologies.
  • Salesforce Platform experience, including a working knowledge of Salesforce, is preferred.
