DESCRIPTION

The EMEIA Retail Finance team is looking for a highly motivated Finance Analyst to lead EMEIA Retail commercial insight, programs and promotions as well as geo expansion. Based in London, this role will provide innovative analysis and financial forethought to drive Retail performance across EMEIA. Our ideal candidate will have strong data analytics capabilities and demonstrate commercial acumen. They should have a history of building strong cross functional partnerships, and the ability to deal with ambiguity and deliver innovative solutions. A highly motivated and proactive individual always looking for what’s next. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • Creating deep insight and analytics on performance of Apple Retail, owning reporting for both stores and online across EMEIA Retail • Geo Expansion finance support for stores and online, including business case development, UAT testing, finance project management • Leading the initiation and evaluation of various Retail programs and promotions (e.g. Financing), partnering with AFS and banking partners, providing analysis to support critical decisions on business initiatives. • Concisely and effectively presenting information and analysis to senior Retail, Field and Finance leadership on a regular basis • Creating and developing the tools and processes needed to generate actionable insights for business partners across the Retail Leadership and Field teams. Partnering with geo and WW analytics teams to further develop reporting capabilities.

  • Over 3 years of Finance experience in a fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Consistent record of completing challenging projects, leading multiple priorities, designing and completing ad hoc analysis
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate results to non-Finance business leaders and senior stakeholders
  • Passion for automating and improving processes, and drive to adopt latest technology toolsGreat teammate with a desire to learn and grow with a hardworking, collaborative team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven ability to distill complex decisions into simple but comprehensive financial models
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Tableau and DataKit preferred
