The Patient Experience Officer is a passionate, empathetic individual who cares deeply about people particularly our
vulnerable populations.This position will be shift work (10 hour shifts, no night shift). The team is made up of 2 people and covers a 7 day roster, working as part of the greater Emergency Department Team.
This position is responsible for welcoming people to the ED, directing patients and visitors to where they need to go, fielding complaints and concerns, as well as being the liaison between patients and the clinical team to ensure they remain up to date with their patient journey in the ED.
